We started with a folding table and one very good cookie.
SNAPP is a small bake shop out of Bengaluru. Cookie fries, five dips, and chocolate bark you can hear from across the room. We sold it out of a crate at a flea market for a year before we built this page.
Nothing about the recipe changed when we went online. Only the queue.
The whole idea
A cookie you can dip like a fry.
Round cookies are lovely and completely useless for dipping. You get one edge in, the rest ends up in your palm, and by the third bite you are holding a wet biscuit.
So we stopped making rounds and started cutting the dough into sticks. Same recipe, better geometry. 6 to a box, a pot of dip alongside, and suddenly a cookie is something you eat with your hands, over a table, with other people.
That is the entire concept. There is genuinely no more to it.
An unpopular decision
One dough. That is the menu.
Somebody asks us for red velvet about once a week. The answer is still no, and it is not stubbornness. One dough means we make it constantly instead of occasionally, which means we have made enough of it to know exactly what a humid Bengaluru afternoon does to the spread. It means the chip distribution is not luck. It means when a batch is off we know within one tray rather than four.
Everything else we have to say lives in the dips — Belgian Chocolate, Biscoff, Nutella with Hazelnuts, Pistachio Kunafa and Filter Kaapi. Five ways to eat the same very good cookie, and one of them will turn out to be yours.
How this works
You pre-order. We make it. It turns up.
Nothing here is made before somebody asks for it. You order, we make your box, and it is with you in 2–3 days. No cutoff to miss, no evening you have to be awake for, no queue that closes.

Any day, any hour. Pick your dips, pay, and your order goes on the make list with a number against it. That is the last thing you have to do.

We make it
Everything is made to order and packed by hand. Your box is baked, filled and sealed for your order — not pulled off a shelf and dusted off for you.

At your door in 2–3 days
Delivered anywhere in Bengaluru, or collect it from the stall for free. Same promise whether it is one box or a hamper.
If we cannot make a flavour, it goes grey on the site until we can. We would rather tell you no than make something in a hurry and hope you do not notice.

This is the section a food buyer reads twice, so we have written it straight rather than warmly.
Made after you order, never before
There is no shelf here for something to sit on. Your box is made because you asked for it, and it leaves as soon as it is made — 2–3 days from your order to your door.
Ingredients, only when we are sure
Ingredient and allergen details are being finalised. If you have an allergy, message us before ordering and we will tell you exactly what is in it. We would rather say that plainly than print a list we cannot stand behind, and we will answer the same day you ask.
The catch with making it to order
It is made to be eaten, not to be kept. Keep it cool and dry, and out of direct sun. A box left on a warm counter for a week is not the box we sent you.
Introductions
The one with the eyes is Chip.
Chip is a cookie fry with a chocolate foot and no strong opinions about anything except dipping. He turns up on the stickers, on the box seal, and occasionally in the corner of this website watching your cursor.
We drew him instead of a logo because a logo cannot look pleased with itself. He has been dunked once already and would like to go again.
That is the whole story.
The rest of it is a box of six, a pot of something molten, and no dignified way to eat it. Order today and it is at your door in 2–3 days.
